SCHEDULE OF FEES
All positions secured through The Kaufman Agency are on an employer paid fee basis only.
The fee for our services is earned if a candidate is hired, directly or indirectly, by the employer or any of its affiliates, as a result of our efforts within one year of referral. The fee is also earned in the event the employer refers the candidate to another employer who hires the candidate. This fee is based upon the employee's estimated gross earnings.
- LESS THAN $20,000........................................20%
- $20,001 to $21,000....................................21%
- $21,001 to $22,000....................................22%
- $22,001 to $23,000....................................23%
- $23,001 to $24,000....................................24%
- $24,001 to $25,000....................................25%
- $25,001 to $26,000....................................26%
- $26,001 to $27,000....................................27%
- $27,001 to $28,000....................................28%
- $28,001 to $29,000....................................29%
- $29,001 to $30,000....................................30%
- $30,001 to $31,000....................................31%
- $31,001 to $32,000....................................32%
- $32,001 to $33,000....................................33%
- $33,001 to $34,000....................................34%
- $34,001 AND ABOVE...............................35%
- Total estimated annual compensation will include a reasonable estimate of bonus, commissions, or other incentives, i.e. automobile.
This estimate is not subject to reduction or increase thereafter.
- TERMS: Net due upon receipt of invoice. In the event litigation arises surrounding the fee schedule or terms herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to costs, reasonable attorney's fee and other necessary and proper expenditures in addition to whatever other relief may be awarded.
- In the event that the employee leaves or is terminated for any reason within thirty(30) of the date of employment, we will endeavor to replace said employee for the same position and with the same compensation without additional charge provided:
- we are notified in writing within five (5) working days of the employee's date of seperation;
- Our scheduled fee has been paid within ten (10) days from the date of invoice.
